Privacy policy

Version of 11 September 2026

1. Who processes the data

The data controller is Kaya Essentials, LLC, a company registered in the State of Delaware, USA, registration number 30-1379334, registered address 131 Continental Dr Ste 305, Newark, DE 19713-4324, USA. Questions about data processing: mj@thelegalthai.com.

2. What data we collect

Data you send yourself. When you fill in a form on the site: your name, a contact (phone, email or messenger handle), the text of your message and, if you took the quiz, your citizenship, the country you are in, your goal and whether you have an employer.

Technical data. The page address, the referring source, advertising campaign parameters (utm tags and the click identifiers gclid, wbraid, gbraid, fbclid), and browser and device data.

What we do not collect through the site. We do not ask on the site for copies of documents, passport details, financial information or payment details. This information is provided later, under the agreement, through separate secure channels.

3. Why we use it

  • To reply to your request and advise you
  • To understand which advertising brings enquiries, so that we do not waste the budget
  • To improve the site: which sections people read and where questions come up

We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

4. Who we share it with

Requests are stored in our CRM: hosting by Vercel Inc., database by Neon, servers in Singapore. A notification about a new request reaches a manager by email through the Resend service, without your name, contact or message text. Analytics runs on Google Analytics. To Google Ads we pass only the fact of an enquiry and the advertising click identifier, without your name, contact or message text. Conversations take place in WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), which is subject to its own terms.

5. Cookies

The site uses cookies and the browser's local storage: strictly necessary ones, so that the site works, and analytics and advertising ones only after your consent. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings on the site or by clearing your browser data.

6. How long we keep data

Requests that did not lead to a deal: 24 months from the last contact. Data of clients with whom an agreement was concluded: for the period set by document retention requirements, and thereafter in line with the controller's obligations. Advertising click identifiers: no longer than 90 days.

7. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent to processing and to marketing communications. Write to mj@thelegalthai.com: we will reply within 30 days and fulfil the request unless legal requirements prevent it.

If you are in the European Union, you also have the rights provided by the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the version shown at the top.
