English, FrenchFive years, 180 days per entry plus a 180-day extension: nearly a year in the country without leaving. For people planning their first long stay in Thailand who want one person to take them through the process: a personal case manager, a document list for your passport, and every document prepared and checked before it is submitted.
We work best with one kind of client. It is better to say so now than halfway through the process.
What the visa gives you, and what it does not. If the second column is a problem, the quiz below will point you to a better option.
You always know what is happening and what comes next. The same case manager takes you through every step.
By phone or on WhatsApp, in English, French or Russian. We go through your passport, your work, your plans and your timing, and tell you plainly whether the DTV fits and what it involves. If it does not fit, we say so. If you decide to go ahead, you receive a written agreement before any work starts.
Which embassy handles your application depends on your passport. You get a written list of what your application needs, so there is no guessing.
We prepare the application form and check each document against the embassy's requirements. If something is missing or could raise questions, you hear about it before anything is submitted.
We submit the application through the Thai embassy that matches your passport. You do not need to visit the embassy in person. The consular fee is already in the price.
The decision, and how long it takes, is up to the consulate, not us. While you wait, we answer any request for additional documents and keep you updated in the same chat.
Timing is set by the consulateYou do not need to visit the embassy in person.
Consular fee $300, included in the price.
You do not need to be in Moscow or travel anywhere.
Consular fee $400, included in the price.
What the $3,800 covers, item by item.
One fixed figure per person. The consular fee is inside it.
Everything listed above: case manager, document list, preparation and checks, submission and replies to the consulate.
Applies under the official DTV dependent category.
The same dependent category, submitted together with the main applicant.
A small team. You always know who you are talking to.

MJ was managing my case. I had troubles in applying to DTV visa… I had no understanding what the embassy wants from me after two rejections. MJ carefully went through my case, rearranged the whole dossier, applied and received it in 5 working days.
Kind, patient, and incredibly helpful… made what could have been a stressful experience feel so much easier.
The decision belongs to the consular authority. Anyone who promises the outcome up front is either bending the truth or not standing behind their words.
What we can do is prepare your application carefully, and structure payment so that you pay when our work is done.
The agreement sets out what we do and what happens in every case, including a refusal. You receive it before any work starts.
Ask for the agreementFour questions, the same ones a case manager asks on the first call. You get a specific visa, its price and why it fits.
We do not ask for your phone number to show the result.

This is a preliminary suggestion based on your answers. Your case manager confirms it after looking at your situation.
No. The application goes through a Thai embassy, and which one depends on your passport: for most passports, including US, Canadian, UK and EU ones, it is the Thai Embassy in Vietnam; for Russian passports, the Thai Embassy in Moscow. You do not need to visit the embassy in person: we submit the application.
It depends on your passport, your work and the embassy that handles your application, so one generic list would not be accurate. On the first call your case manager goes through your situation, then sends you a written list for your case. Every document is checked against the embassy's requirements before anything is submitted.
The decision, and how long it takes, is up to the consulate, not us, and it depends on which embassy handles your application. Your case manager tells you the expected timing for your case on the first call, before you commit to anything.
Nobody knows the consulate's decision in advance, and nobody can promise it. If the consulate asks for more documents, we prepare the reply with you. What happens in case of a refusal is set out in the agreement, which you receive before any work starts.
You pay when our work is done. There is no deposit for the DTV. Payment is by bank transfer against an invoice, or in USDT.
$3,800 for the main applicant, $2,250 for a spouse and for each child under 20. The consular fee is included, as are your case manager, the document list, preparation and checks of every document, submission and replies to requests from the consulate.
Yes. The DTV has an official category for dependents: a spouse and children under 20. It costs $2,250 per person, consular fee included.
For employers and clients outside Thailand, yes: that is what the visa is for. For a Thai company, no. That needs a Non-B visa with a work permit.
Each time you enter Thailand, you can stay for 180 days. Before that period ends, you can extend your stay by another 180 days at the immigration office, which means nearly a year without leaving the country. Reporting to immigration every 90 days still applies.
If you know the process and need a quick, low-cost answer, we are probably not the best choice. We work best with people who are going through a Thai visa application for the first time and want it prepared carefully, step by step.
The Legal Thai is a private company, not a government body and not a consulate, and we are not affiliated with any government agency. The company behind it is Kaya Essentials, LLC, registered in Delaware, USA. We prepare documents, submit the application and support you through the process. The visa decision is made by the consular authority of the Kingdom of Thailand.
Tell us your passport, where you are now and when you plan to move. Your case manager comes back with what the DTV involves in your case, the cost and the next steps. If the DTV is not right for you, we will say so.
WhatsApp is the fastest way. If you prefer, leave your contact in the form and we will write to you.
