English, FrenchThe right to work and do business in Thailand, a Thai bank account, a mortgage, a car loan. The sponsoring company is provided, and it covers the 2M THB capital requirement. For people planning their move who want one person to take them through the process: a personal case manager, and every document prepared and checked before it is submitted.
We work best with one kind of client. It is better to say so now than halfway through the process.
It is not just a stamp in your passport. It is a set of rights that turns Thailand from a place you visit into a place where you live and work.
You always know what is happening and what comes next. The same case manager takes you through every step.
By phone or on WhatsApp, in English, French or Russian. We go through your passport, your work, your plans and your timing, and tell you plainly whether the Non-B fits. We also check that the Kuala Lumpur route is open to your passport. If it does not fit, we say so. If you decide to go ahead, you receive a written agreement before any work starts.
We arrange your employment contract with the sponsoring company and prepare your document package. Every document is checked against the requirements before anything is submitted. If something is missing or could raise questions, you hear about it first.
2 weeksThe application is submitted at the Thai embassy in Kuala Lumpur. You travel there for the submission. The consular fee is already in the price.
Plan for 3–4 days in Kuala LumpurThe decision, and how long it takes, is up to the Thai authorities, not us. While you wait, we keep you updated in the same chat.
Timing is set by the authoritiesOnce you are in Thailand on your Non-B, the next step is the work permit, the "blue book" that gives you the right to work. It is part of the same service and the same price.
What the $4,500 covers, item by item.
One figure for the whole service. We also show you the cost that comes later, so there are no surprises in your second month.
You pay when our work is done: a small deposit at the start, the rest at the end. The exact terms are in the written agreement, which you receive before any work starts. Payment is by bank transfer against an invoice, or in USDT.
A small team. You always know who you are talking to.

The decision on your Non-B and your work permit belongs to the Thai authorities. Anyone who promises the outcome up front is either bending the truth or not standing behind their words.
What we can do is prepare your application carefully, and structure payment so that you pay when our work is done: a small deposit at the start, the rest at the end.
The agreement sets out what we do and what happens in every case, including a refusal. You receive it before any work starts.
Ask for the agreementShort version: if you only need a long legal stay, DTV. If you need rights such as working for a Thai company, banking and credit, Non-B.
| What matters | DTV | Non-B + WP |
|---|---|---|
| Validity | 5 years | 15 months, renewable |
| Stay per entry | 180 + 180 days | per visa |
| Work for a Thai company | no | yes |
| Work for foreign clients | yes | yes |
| Thai bank account | possible in practice | yes |
| Mortgage and loans | no | yes |
| Family | yes | yes |
| Our fee | $3,800 | $4,500 |
Opening a bank account on a DTV depends on the bank and branch. This is common practice, not a written rule.
Four questions, the same ones a case manager asks on the first call. You get a specific visa, its price and why it fits.
We do not ask for your phone number to show the result.

This is a preliminary suggestion based on your answers. Your case manager confirms it after looking at your situation.
No. The sponsoring company is provided, and it covers the 2M THB capital requirement, so nothing is required from you for it. Your employment contract is arranged as part of the service. If you already have a job offer from a Thai company, tell your case manager on the first call.
Your part is the first call, the documents your case manager asks you for, and a trip to Kuala Lumpur for the submission: plan for 3–4 days there. The exact document list depends on your passport and your situation, so you receive it in writing after the first call. Every document is checked before anything is submitted.
Yes. You do not need to be in Thailand while your documents are prepared. The submission is at the Thai embassy in Kuala Lumpur. This route is not available for every passport, so we check yours on the first call, before any work starts.
Preparing your documents takes 2 weeks. Then plan for 3–4 days in Kuala Lumpur for the submission. The decision, and how long it takes, is up to the Thai authorities, not us, and the same goes for the work permit. Your case manager tells you the expected timing for your case on the first call, before you commit to anything.
Nobody knows the decision in advance, and nobody can promise it. What happens in case of a refusal is set out in the agreement, which you receive before any work starts.
You pay when our work is done: a small deposit at the start, the rest at the end. The exact terms are in the agreement. Payment is by bank transfer against an invoice, or in USDT.
$4,500 is the full price of the service: your case manager, the employment contract, preparation and checks of every document, your Non-B application (the first visa covers 15 months, 3 + 12), the work permit and the consular fee. The 2M THB capital requirement is covered by the sponsoring company.
One regular cost while you hold the visa: about ฿9,600 a month for income tax and ongoing administration. It is not part of our fee, and we tell you about it up front. There is nothing extra to pay us on top of the $4,500.
The DTV gives a long legal stay and lets you work for employers and clients outside Thailand, but not for a Thai company, and it does not open mortgages and loans from Thai banks. The Non-B gives you those rights. If you only need a long, legal stay, see the DTV.
If you know the process and need a quick, low-cost answer, we are probably not the best choice. We work best with people who are going through a Thai visa application for the first time and want it prepared carefully, step by step.
The Legal Thai is a private company, not a government body and not a consulate, and we are not affiliated with any government agency. The company behind it is Kaya Essentials, LLC, registered in Delaware, USA. We prepare documents, submit the application and support you through the process. The visa decision is made by the Thai authorities.
Tell us your passport, where you are now and when you plan to move. Your case manager comes back with what the Non-B involves in your case, the cost and the next steps. If the Non-B is not right for you, we will say so.
